How do I use your fonts?

On Mac, select and double click your font files, then hit install. On Windows, select your files then right click - install.

I’ve lost my download link.

Silly you. Reach out to us at info@studiofew.com with your order number and we’ll send you a new download link email.

I need an invoice for my purchase.

We aim to send out email invoices within a few days of purchase. If you’ve not received this, send an email to info@studiofew.com with your order number and we’ll get that processed.

Do you offer Student Discount?

Yes 50%, send a copy of your student ID to info@studiofew.com and we’ll send you a code to use on our site.

What usage does my license cover?

All usage within the company size you’ve selected. This includes app, desktop, social, web and more. For more information take a look at our Universal License EULA.

Why a Universal License?

We understand all brands cover multiple platforms uses nowadays. Web, Print, Social etc. the list goes on. But what type of license do you use for each? Social for example - It’s always seen on the Web, but usually typeset with a Desktop font. We remove this confusion with our Universal License. This covers all usage within a set company size. We believe this best covers the value you receive from our products. For more information take a look at our Universal License EULA.

How do I receive my order?

Upon payment you will receive download links to all of the products purchased. We’ll also send out an email with download links so that you’re able to access those at a later date.

What payment options do you accept?

All of our payments are handled through Stripe. You can purchase using any credit/debit card as well as Apple & Google Pay.

I’m a designer - does my client need to purchase a license too?

Yes, every user/installation should be covered by the company size parameter.

Can I upgrade my license?

Of course! We wouldn’t be very good at our job if the answer was no. Reach out to us at info@studiofew.com and we’ll deduct your initial payment from a new license.

I've purchased the wrong fonts/license, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital products, we’re unable to offer refunds. However, if you believe the product is faulty, reach out to us at info@studiofew.com and we’ll work with you to get that fixed. We offer Trial Fonts so you can try the product before you buy.

Can I modify characters from your typefaces to make a logo?

You’re able to edit outlines of our fonts in a vector editor to create a custom logotype. However, you are unable to edit the font software itself. For bespoke fonts and modifications, contact us at info@studiofew.com to see how we can help.

Do you offer trial fonts?

Yes, add the following product to your cart to download.

Why do your single weight options include italics?

We believe italics act more as a feature of a font than a style in their own right. We package these together to make licensing simpler.

How long does a license last?

Forever, which is longer than you will I'm afraid.

How do I use your mockups?

Our mockups use embedded smart objects to house your designs. Double click on the preview of this in your layers panel to open up the artwork file. We include a PDF manual in the download package with further usage information.
